SSNV Introduces a Short Course on Business Planning

SSNV has launched a short course focusing on business planning and its importance in business operations. The goal of the course is to provide participants with a better understanding of what a business plan is, its purpose, and how to create one for their own business.

The course is part of the Target Circular project, which aims to enhance business skills and sustainability in the industry. Through this course, participants will learn the basics of business planning, how to outline revenue and expenses, and how to use business plans to make informed decisions about their company's future.

The course is available online and is suitable for entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized business owners, and anyone looking to deepen their knowledge of business planning. For now the course is only available in icelandic.
