Free online training in Centria's webshop has been published

Centria has published free online training in Centria's webshop:  https://net.centria.fi/tuote/kestavan-liiketoiminnan-kehittamisen-tyokalusarja-maksuton/ called "Sustainable Business Development Toolkit".

In the free Sustainable Business Development Toolkit training, you will receive new tools and a program on how to develop your own business systematically. At the end of the training, you will have tested your business idea and gained an understanding of which direction to continue. You will be able to make better decisions faster and more sustainably!   

The training includes 10 short, 10-15 minute lectures and a toolbook. Each lecture includes a new tool and an example of how to use the tool. You can progress from lecture to lecture at your own pace and apply the tool you have learned to your own business idea. If necessary, ask your contacts or a business development company in your area for more information.  

It presents the following scientific verified business development tools with examples:

3. Sustainable business (how to incorporate the 11 R's of the circular economy into business planning)
4. Business model canvas (BMC) 
5. Strategy map
6. Business assumptions
7. Return on Investment (ROI)
