The ILKY team attended a workshop on project impact in Rovaniemi

Recently, Tytti and Mimosa, representatives of the SUB projects, had the opportunity to attend a workshop focused on social impact, meaningful long-term change, and effective communication in projects. The workshop provided valuable insights into how different initiatives can work together to create lasting change.

One key takeaway was the importance of collaborating with a wide range of projects and thinking outside the box when selecting partners. It's not just about finding collaborators with the same goals, but also about embracing diversity in approach and perspective. By bringing together different voices and expertise, projects can become more holistic, relevant, and impactful.

The session emphasized that seeing the bigger picture and working together can significantly increase the meaningfulness and influence of projects, both in the short and long term. This approach fosters a sense of shared purpose and creates a foundation for sustainable change.

The workshop also sparked important questions that we can take forward: How can we share our experiences to benefit other projects? Who else shares a similar mission, but approaches it from a different angle? And perhaps most importantly, what can we do together to amplify our collective impact?
