The project aims to result in three validated service models with self-care opportunities for improved access to health services for later scale up implementation, targeting remote rural:
- SAMI population
- Immigrants coming as refugees
- Senior citizens
Self-care do not develop technology; we elaborate the service models to include the use of validated self-care tech solutions to improve access to health services.
Policy recommendations for culturally safe and secured digital health service development. Theres recommendations refers to the insight and anchoring, co-creation and co-design, pilots for validation and will include the following results:
- Framework that will support the cultural appropriate and equitable access to health and care system.
- Service model design and scenario descriptions will form the basis for selecting cultural appropriate solution(s)
- Strategy to secure development of culturally appropriate digital services including gains realization and scale-up of solution in the participating regions.
"Roadmap for service innovation" will be adjusted accordingly with the projects findings as a successful guide for digital health service implementation taking into account the necessary actions to establish culturally appropriate services, which is the aim for NPA SelfCare to develop and make use of in implementation.
