NPA Lead Partner and Communication seminar in Cork, Ireland

The NPA SelfCare project enjoyed participating in a very innovative and informative NPA seminar in Cork on the 19th of March.

Getting together and meeting the other project representatives in the Interreg NPA family is always very inspiring and giving. This really shows how democratic processes work in the northern periphery and arctic area.

The day was dedicated to getting information and inspiration to:

  • Reporting practices, and not at least how to promote outputs and results from our projects. Fun group exercise in which elements is important to pitch the project output.
  • Engaging partners in a communication strategy that is joint and effective. Understanding the need of a project communication plan.
  • Revisiting the Horizontal principles and Youth involvement with emphasis on the IVY – Interreg volunteering programme – where the projects can get skilled and motivated young persons funded through IVY.
  • A mission reporting workshop – How to engage communities and stakeholders through the Living lab methodology.

All in all, a great day with great people and a lot of new insights and the opportunity to network with the Interreg NPA family.
