OatFrontiers Study Tour in Finland

OatFrontiers Study Tour will be organized 4th and 5th of August 2025 in Northern Osthrobothnia, Finland. The aim is to introduce one working model for oat production in Northern periphery area. The mill and the local farmers collaborate strongly in this area. The farmers make contract for pure oats production and dedicate to produce high quality oats that is quaranteed by different management, audition and quality testing procedures. Great deal of the oats produced in this area is turned into export products and oat producers are receiving very competitive price for their successful production. Join us to hear the advantages and challenges of this unique collaboration! During the tour we will visit a pure oat producing and an organic oat farm, LUKE Ruukki research station and of course the mill (65 Oats, Kinnusen mylly).
