A new tool to help public sector employees make informed decisions for a more sustainable and digital future

In October, INNOCAP project partners met in Donegal (Ireland) for the fifth partnership meeting hosted by lead partner ERNACT. This meeting was a great opportunity to catch up on the progress of our partners' pilot services.

The occasion served, among others, to see the progress made by our partners from Finland. Tony Ryynänen and Anni Tuomaala from Ruralia Institute of University of Helsinki shared that their pilot would give municipalities in South-Savo, Finland, detailed, location-based information about the current status and future opportunities for digital and green improvements in the region.

This tool will be designed to be useful for municipal decision-makers and sectoral managers, business partners, and researchers by making it easier to understand regional data and plan for sustainable growth.

With a focus on collaboration, this service brings people together to solve challenges, making it easier for communities to take meaningful steps toward a greener, smarter future.

Watch the video below to learn more with Anni Tuomaala about this innovative pilot and stay tuned for more updates on INNOCAP partners’ work!
