Donegal County Museum which is part of the Culture Division, Donegal County Council, along with our European partners in Norway and Sweden is undertaking a three-year project to address why and how Climate Change is affecting our heritage resource.

We are delighted to raise awareness of our rich Donegal coastal heritage and showcase the strength and depth of our vibrant community heritage groups. Meet our Donegal County Council Climate Action team and our community heritage project ambassadors from around the County who have adopted our archaeological sites and landscapes as case-studies for the project.

Learn how citizen science for climate-based monitoring initiatives can make a real difference in our ever-changing world.
