Successful Visit to Rovaniemi

Last week, project manager Huld Hafliðadóttir and project expert Bridget Burger traveled to Rovaniemi in Lapland, Finland, where the launching of the ecosystem in Rovaniemi was carried out. It was a very successful visit with a great group of school- and afterschool leaders, researchers and industry representatives. The group that formed the advisory board of Rovaniemi ecosystem carried out a asset mapping exercise as well as the ecosystem leader introduced a situation analysis for girls and women in STEM, both regional and national.
