Interreg NPA team joined the Masterclass Agenda 2030

Organised by Interreg Aurora, the JS and MA team joined this online workshop to learn how to work with global challenges at local level and become better at integrating sustainability in our projects and working practice.

Sustainability is a global challenge and it can be difficult to find the right way to approach it and integrate it at the local level while working in transnational projects. Working on complex problems that require collaboration from different stakeholders can feel overwhelming, making it hard to know where to start or how to keep projects moving forward.

To enhance our support for integrating sustainability into Interreg NPA projects, the programme staff participated in a practical masterclass organized by Interreg Aurora on 27th August.

In this practical masterclass, we learned simple and engaging methods to find focus and direction. By combining ‘Systems Thinking’ with user-centered design, participants were guided through breaking down complex challenges while keeping people’s needs in mind.
