Centria’s Open Doors offers a fantastic opportunity to experience top research and development, featuring Interreg project results, cutting-edge  equipment, and expert talks on topics such as the circular economy and artificial intelligence.

Join Centria’s Open Doors on October 10th from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Talonpojankatu campus in Kokkola.

Centria University of Applied Sciences is currently involved in several projects. At this event you will be able to meet and learn about them!

Six Interreg Northern Periphery and Arctic projects:

  • SUMMATION – Sustainable Autonomous Systems and Solutions in the Arctic
  • ISSUES – Information Security and digital Services for sUstainable desingS
  • REGGAE – Regenerative nature tourism –
  • DIIF – Digital Innovation In the Forest value chain
  • ANSEL – Access the North with the Speed of Light
  • X Border Support4Games – Boosting innovation and strengthening the collaboration of the game developers
  • GENGREEN – Closing the Small-Business and Gender Gap through education for green sustainable and competitive growth

Three Interreg Baltic Sea Region projects:

  • Distance LAB  – Remote service hub for SMEs and public sector
  • CEforestry – Innovation in forestry biomass residue processing: towards circular forestry with added value products
  • eRural resilience – Creating resilient rural communities in BSR based on the opportunities of digital bio businesses
