We manage all the stages of the project lifecycle through Jems, an online monitoring system. After approval, projects will have to complete and submit contracting information in Jems. During the implementation, projects report on their progress and claim expenditure through Jems. In this manual, you will find step-by-step guidance to support you in these tasks in the system.
